Parties and events are not allowed. Pets are not allowed. A refundable security deposit of €500 per booking is payable on arrival. From 1 October 2025, a government tourist fee of €3 per adult aged 12 or over per night applies; children under 12, Mauritian residents, Premium Visa holders and Residence Permit holders are exempt. Guests should provide their plane or ship number and arrival time one week before arrival to arrange key collection.

Flic en Flac Beach, a sandy beach, is 1 km away. Flic en Flac town centre is approximately 2.5 km away. The apartment is on the west coast of Mauritius.
