House rules
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old; proof of age is required. Pets are not permitted. Outdoor music is prohibited, and indoor music must not be audible outdoors. Music audible from the property line violates the stated city noise ordinance. Daytime conversation noise must be measured and reasonable; daytime is 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
Getting there
The condominium shares one common wall and is near Palm Canyon Drive in South Palm Springs. Moorten Botanical Garden is three-and-a-half miles away. Joshua Tree National Park is a short drive away.
