The hotel is smoke-free, including tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, open-flame candles, and incense. A non-refundable $50 charge is applied when a reservation is made; the remaining balance is charged at check-in. A full night's stay is charged if cancellation is not made at least 72 hours before arrival. ADA king rooms are available on the first floor upon request. The hotel's exterior doors lock at 11:00 PM, and staff are on site 24 hours a day.
