Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Later check-out is available upon request. Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. The minimum stay is 3 nights.

The villa is on a hillside in a gated community overlooking Dominicalito Bay. The beach is described as a short walk away.
