The condo is on the third floor, reached by stairs or an elevator; the interior floor plan is all one level. Parking is first-come, first-served without designated spaces. Hiking, biking, and running trails are nearby, with mountain biking trails feet away. Zion National Park is 52 miles away, Tuacahn Amphitheatre 10 miles, STG Airport 16 miles, Crush Golf + Grill 8 miles, Sand Hollow 18 miles, Red Cliffs Mall 7 miles, and Jellystone Adventure Park 21 miles. The elevator and single-level interior do not establish a complete step-free route.
