The 280 m² villa has two furnished terraces overlooking the Tramuntana, an equipped porch, a barbecue and large garden areas. The chlorine swimming pool measures 7.5 × 5 m and is 1–1.95 m deep.
On the ground floor are a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with a bathtub. Upstairs are a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds, both air-conditioned, plus a second bathroom with a bathtub. A cot and highchair are available on request.
The living room has a sofa, satellite TV and a wood stove. The separate dining-kitchen has a gas stove, cooking utensils, a microwave and air conditioning.
