The 280 m² villa has two furnished terraces overlooking the Tramuntana, an equipped porch, a barbecue and large garden areas. The chlorine swimming pool measures 7.5 × 5 m and is 1–1.95 m deep.

On the ground floor are a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with a bathtub. Upstairs are a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds, both air-conditioned, plus a second bathroom with a bathtub. A cot and highchair are available on request.

The living room has a sofa, satellite TV and a wood stove. The separate dining-kitchen has a gas stove, cooking utensils, a microwave and air conditioning. Free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board are available. A key-operated safe is located in a bedroom. Free outdoor parking accommodates four cars.

Moscari belongs to Selva in the Tramuntana area, with opportunities for walking and cycling. Inca, 5 km from Moscari, is recommended for larger shopping trips. Restaurante Sa Plaça is in Moscari’s main square. Port d’Alcúdia beach is 22 km away and offers water sports including windsurfing, kitesurfing and jet skiing.

The mandatory Balearic tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season.
