Listing description
Canoe House and Beach Walker are one driveway apart, with four king bedrooms in each home and expansive lanais overlooking the golf course, mountains and ocean. Each home has its own private pool, spa, outdoor kitchen with gas grill, and shaded outdoor dining area.
Canoe House is a 3,500-square-foot home designed by architect Lucky Bennett overlooking the 16th fairway of Mauna Lani’s North Course. Open-beam ceilings, koa-wood accents and indoor–outdoor living areas frame golf and mountain views. Its kitchen includes Sub-Zero refrigeration, double ovens, a wine refrigerator and two dishwashers. The infinity pool has a spa and waterfall.
Beach Walker is a 3,500-square-foot home with an open-concept kitchen, dining and living area. Its kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a wine refrigerator and an oversized island. The patio includes a private pool, hot tub and gas grill, with sunset views.
Canoe House bedrooms have central air conditioning; Beach Walker bedrooms have split air conditioning. All eight bedrooms have king beds, ceiling fans, individual climate control and ensuite bathrooms. Both homes have laundry rooms. Wi-Fi, smart TVs, beach towels, chairs, boogie boards and snorkel sets are provided.
Guests have access to Mauna Lani Beach Club, its private white-sand beach and Napua Restaurant. Resort facilities include golf, tennis, fitness, spa services, restaurants and shopping. Fitness-center access, golf, tennis, pickleball, shops, groceries, restaurants and bars carry additional charges.
