The house

Designed by Lucky Bennett, this residence spans over 3,400 square feet and features Koa wood cabinetry, vaulted beam ceilings, skylights and sandstone floors. The open-plan great room has over 50 feet of sliding glass doors, Restoration Hardware furnishings, an 80-inch Smart TV and a dining area.

The kitchen includes Sub-Zero refrigeration, a double oven, wine fridge, indoor grill, two dishwashers and a large center island. Additional equipment includes a microwave, coffee maker, grinder, blender, rice cooker and crockpot.

Each of the four bedrooms has a king bed, Smart TV and Restoration Hardware furnishings. The primary suite has a sitting area, ocean and golf views, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite with a soaking tub, walk-in shower and dual vanities. Guest Bedroom 2 has an ensuite and private lanai access; Guest Bedroom 3 has an ensuite and pool and garden views. Guest Bedroom 4 has garden views.

The lanai overlooks the Mauna Lani North 16th Fairway, the Pacific Ocean and surrounding mountains. Outdoor facilities include a private saltwater infinity-edge pool, spa, waterfall, daybed, loungers and alfresco dining. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and a cooler are provided. The home has air conditioning, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, a full laundry room and designated free parking.

Guests have access to Mauna Lani Beach Club, including private parking and beach loungers, with Napua Restaurant on the oceanfront. Mauna Lani North and South Golf Courses offer golf access. Resort restaurants, the golf clubhouse, shops and Foodland Farms are nearby.
