The apartment occupies the fifth and top floor of a modern building. The elevator reaches the first floor only, with stairs continuing to the apartment. The combined living and sleeping area contains a queen-size bed, an open-plan fully equipped kitchen and a dining table. There is one bathroom with a shower and a large terrace with outdoor furniture.
Air conditioning, Wi-Fi and television are available. Kitchen equipment includes a coffee machine, boiler, microwave and fridge; a hairdryer is also provided. Restaurants and supermarkets are nearby.
The apartment is within the ZTL limited traffic zone. Leaving the car in a nearby parking facility and exploring the old town on foot is recommended. Construction sites, clubs and gathering places in the historic center may cause noise during the day and night. Palermo Falcone e Borsellino Airport is a 35-minute drive away, and Palermo Centrale train station is a 20-minute drive away.
