The house

The 240 m² house stands on a fenced 40,000 m² plot surrounded by forest. Outside are two furnished terraces, a barbecue, a garden, six sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower. The private chlorine pool measures 10 × 4.5 m, ranges from 1.10 to 2.10 m deep and is illuminated at night.

The living room has air conditioning and satellite television. The open kitchen includes a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, blender, toaster, juicer, crockery and Nespresso and Melitta coffee makers. The terrace laundry has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Wi-Fi, towels and a hair dryer are available.

The ground floor has a double bedroom with air conditioning and a wardrobe. Upstairs are another air-conditioned double bedroom and a twin bedroom; both upstairs rooms have wardrobes and fans. All bedrooms overlook the garden or countryside. There is one shower bathroom on each floor. A cot and high chair are available. Solar panels supply electricity, and there is one pellet stove on each floor for winter.

Ses Salines is 2 km away, and Colònia Sant Jordi beach is 7.7 km away. Supermarkets, banking and pharmacy services are available in Ses Salines and Campos. Campos holds markets on Thursdays and Saturdays. Outdoor parking accommodates four cars. Pets weighing up to 5 kg are welcome; events and smoking are not permitted.
