House rules
No smoking. Pets are not allowed. Groups of young people up to 27 years are not accepted. A booking fee of 150 EUR applies to every booking. A refundable breakage deposit is required. The Balearic ecotax is 2.20 EUR per night per person.
Getting there
The villa is in a tranquil area in the Pollensa countryside, with access to the sea and bay of Puerto Pollensa and to Pollensa and Alcudia. Two steps lead from the gravel parking area to the covered porch, and five paved steps lead from the covered terrace down to the pool and garden.
