The private swimming pool is open from 1 April to 30 November. The pool area has a Jacuzzi. Pool heating, if available and desired, costs an additional 500 EUR.

The villa is in a tranquil area in the Pollensa countryside, with access to the sea and bay of Puerto Pollensa and to Pollensa and Alcudia. Two steps lead from the gravel parking area to the covered porch, and five paved steps lead from the covered terrace down to the pool and garden.

No smoking. Pets are not allowed. Groups of young people up to 27 years are not accepted. A booking fee of 150 EUR applies to every booking. A refundable breakage deposit is required. The Balearic ecotax is 2.20 EUR per night per person.
