## About the house

The house combines Mallorcan rustic styling with a two-floor layout. Outside are a private saltwater pool measuring 2.65 × 1.30 m with a constant depth of 1.70 m, an outdoor dining table, three sun loungers, parasols and a bathroom with a shower.

The ground floor has a living-dining room with television and DVD player, an open kitchen, a toilet, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. Kitchen equipment includes a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, electric cooktop, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer, crockery and tea towels. A fireplace, hair dryer and towels are provided.

The upper floor is reached by stairs. The bedrooms have air conditioning. One double bedroom has an en-suite shower bathroom; a separate full shower bathroom is also upstairs. A small furnished terrace has mountain views. A cot and high chair can be provided for a baby. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

Supermarkets, bars and local restaurants are a short walk away in Campanet. Nearby attractions include the Campanet Caves, Ses Fonts Ufanes, Alcúdia, Pollença and the Serra de Tramuntana, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
