Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR applies. A mandatory Balearic Islands tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Consult the advertiser for possible additional charges.

The apartment is on the second floor of a building without an elevator. Puerto de Alcúdia beach is 0.04 km away, downstairs from the apartment. Bars, restaurants and ice cream parlours are within walking distance.
