The stone-fronted townhouse has a terrace with a barbecue. On the main floor, an entrance hall leads to an open dining and living area with satellite TV, air conditioning and two sofas. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, microwave and access to the terrace. A separate laundry room contains a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The main-floor bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom. Upstairs are a second living area for reading or board games, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. All three bedrooms have wardrobes and air conditioning. Each upstairs bedroom has a TV without satellite channels. The upstairs bathroom has a separate shower and bathtub. A baby cot and high chair can be provided on request. Free Wi-Fi is available, and there is no pool.

Sencelles has bars, restaurants and a supermarket. Further services are available by driving to Inca, where a street market takes place on Thursday mornings. Cas Capellans beach in Can Picafort is approximately 30 km away.

A mandatory Balearic Islands tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
