House rules
This is a non-smoking property. No pets are allowed. Parties and other loud festivities are not allowed. The fifth bedroom sofa bed is suitable for one teenager or adult, or two small children. An additional sofa bed is available for two children. A €500 security deposit is pre-authorised on the provided credit card the day before arrival and released after departure if there is no damage.
