Maximum occupancy is 8 people. Pets are not allowed. Check-in is from 16:00 to 00:00 every day, and check-out is before 10:00. A refundable security deposit of €1,500 per booking is required. A €150 booking fee applies, and pool heating, if available and requested, costs €71.43 per night.

The villa is in an elevated position overlooking Deià village. The property has views of the village, swimming pool and mountains.
