The patio has a private chlorine pool measuring 6.3 × 2.7 m, with depths from 1.35 to 1.7 m. Sun loungers stand beside a lawn, and a shower bathroom serves the pool area. The terrace has barbecue facilities.
Inside, the living room has satellite TV and air conditioning and connects to the dining room through a large Mallorcan arch. The spacious kitchen has an industrial gas hob, a microwave, and a dining table with chairs and a bench. All three bedrooms have wardrobes and air conditioning: two have one double bed each, and the third has two single beds. Inside the house are a bathroom with a bathtub and another with a shower. A cot and high chair can be prepared for a baby.
