The outdoor area has a private chlorine pool measuring 8 × 8 m, with depths from 1 to 1.90 m, sun loungers, a barbecue and places to sit and read. The living room has satellite TV, and most rooms have outdoor access. The separate kitchen has a table, sofas, a ceramic hob and a microwave. The laundry room includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Three bedrooms are on the main floor: two with a double bed each and one with twin beds. Each has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and access to the garden. There is also a separate toilet on this floor. The first-floor bedroom has a double bed, with a bathroom containing a bath and shower. Central heating and five fans are provided. A baby cot and high chair are available on request.
Free Wi-Fi and free parking are available, with outdoor spaces for three cars and garage spaces for two. Bunyola lies at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains; its centre, with bars, restaurants and a supermarket, is about 2.4 km away. The nearest beach is Puerto de Sóller, about 15.5 km away.
