The outdoor area has a private chlorine pool measuring 8 × 8 m, with depths from 1 to 1.90 m, sun loungers, a barbecue and places to sit and read. The living room has satellite TV, and most rooms have outdoor access. The separate kitchen has a table, sofas, a ceramic hob and a microwave. The laundry room includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

Three bedrooms are on the main floor: two with a double bed each and one with twin beds. Each has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and access to the garden. There is also a separate toilet on this floor. The first-floor bedroom has a double bed, with a bathroom containing a bath and shower. Central heating and five fans are provided. A baby cot and high chair are available on request.

Free Wi-Fi and free parking are available, with outdoor spaces for three cars and garage spaces for two. Bunyola lies at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains; its centre, with bars, restaurants and a supermarket, is about 2.4 km away. The nearest beach is Puerto de Sóller, about 15.5 km away.

Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. The mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.20 per guest per night in high season.
