The house

The villa has an open living and dining area with air conditioning, satellite TV and a DVD player. A breakfast bar partially separates the equipped kitchen, which includes a gas hob, oven and microwave. A separate laundry area has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Free Wi-Fi is available.

All three bedrooms have air conditioning. Two bedrooms each have two single beds; the third has a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom. A second shower bathroom serves the house. Two cots and two high chairs are available on request.

Outside, the chlorine pool measures 8.5 × 4.5 metres and is 1.6–2 metres deep. Access involves three steps and a small door. There is an outdoor shower, six sunbeds and two umbrellas. The villa has a 15 m² entrance porch and a furnished 30 m² porch with a fixed barbecue and sink. The paved outdoor area, including parking, covers 380 m². Parking accommodates four cars outdoors and one in the garage, free of charge. The villa offers partial privacy. Two electricity towers stand on the street and do not produce annoying sounds.

Inca town is 2.5 km away, with shops, traditional celler restaurants and a Thursday market. Local sights include the monastery of San Bartolomé and the hilltop chapel of Santa Magdalena. Plaza del Angel has bars and terraces. The Bay of Alcudia is a 25-minute drive away, and Port d'Alcudia beach is 28 km away. Pets are welcome; events and smoking are prohibited. A deposit must be paid to the owner on arrival, and guests should consult the advertiser about possible charges.
