The house

The restored house has a terrace with a private chlorine pool measuring 6 × 4 metres and ranging from 0.80 to 1.80 metres deep. Outdoors there are 10 sun loungers, a parasol, a porch furnished with sofas and a barbecue.

The ground-floor living room opens onto the dining area and kitchen, with satellite TV, air-conditioning and a wood stove. The kitchen has an induction hob, oven and microwave. A separate laundry room contains a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Free Wi-Fi is available.

All five bedrooms have air-conditioning and a wardrobe. Three main-floor bedrooms each have a double bed. Upstairs, one bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom; the other has two single beds. Three additional shower bathrooms are located one on each floor and one outside. A cot and high chair can be prepared for babies.

Randa is in Pla de Mallorca, near Palma and Puig de Randa. Platja Can Pastilla, the nearest beach, is 22 km away. Cala Pi, Es Trenc and Cala s'Almonia are other beach destinations in the area. The house is intended for families and guests over 27 seeking a peaceful stay; parties and events are not permitted.
