The house has three bedrooms and four bathrooms. The ground-floor bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. A separate ground-floor bathroom has a shower. Upstairs, two bedrooms each have a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a bath and direct access to a furnished porch with forest and mountain views; one also has a wardrobe.
The ground-floor dining room has satellite television and air conditioning. The open-plan gas kitchen includes an oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer and crockery. Wi-Fi, three fans, a washing machine, iron, ironing board, hair dryer and towels are available. A cot and high chair can be provided for a baby.
Outside are a garden, terrace, sun loungers and an 8 × 6 m chlorine swimming pool, with depths from 0.20 to 1.80 m and an outdoor shower. A chill-out area and porch beside the pool provide space for barbecues. Free exterior parking accommodates four cars.
