The house

The 120 m² house occupies a 7,500 m² plot and is arranged over two floors. Outdoors there is an 8 × 5 m private swimming pool with a constant depth of 2 m, an outdoor shower, porches, a terrace, garden, parasols, sun loungers and a fixed barbecue.

The ground floor has two living rooms. One includes a dining area, wood-burning stove, air conditioning, Smart TV and satellite channels. The separate kitchen has gas hobs, an informal dining table, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, coffee machine, juicer, crockery and tea towels. A bathroom with shower is on this floor.

Upstairs are a small workspace and three bedrooms, all with air conditioning and wardrobes. Two bedrooms each have two single beds; the third has a double bed and a cot. The second bathroom has a bathtub and bidet. Laundry facilities include a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Wi-Fi, towels, a hair dryer, safe and high chair are available.

The house is near Moscari at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana, amid almond trees, olive groves and rural paths suitable for hiking and cycling. Lluc Monastery and the Campanet Caves are nearby. Outdoor parking accommodates three cars.
