Outdoors there is an 8 × 5 m private swimming pool with a constant depth of 2 m, an outdoor shower, porches, a terrace, garden, parasols, sun loungers and a fixed barbecue. The ground floor has two living rooms. One includes a dining area, wood-burning stove, air conditioning, Smart TV and satellite channels.
