House rules
No smoking. No pets. Groups of young people up to 18 years are not accepted. A refundable €500 security deposit is required. A booking fee of €150 applies to each booking, and the Balearic tourist tax is included in the total price.
Getting there
The villa is between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa. Pollensa old town and Puerto Pollensa are approximately five minutes away by car. A sandy beach at Port Pollença is 3 km away, shops are 2 km away, Pollença town centre is 4 km away, and Cala Sant Vicenç rocky beach is 5 km away. A car is necessary.
