## About the house

The house has a private garden, a furnished porch with a table and chairs, a built-in barbecue and a 7.5 × 3 m chlorine pool. The pool is 1.10–1.90 m deep, has an awning and is not heated. A laundry area provides a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Inside are a sofa area and a living-dining room with a fireplace and Smart TV. The separate, fully equipped gas kitchen includes a microwave and oven/stove. On the ground floor, one bedroom has two single beds pushed together and another has a double bed. This floor also has a guest toilet and a full bathroom with a bathtub. Stairs lead to three upstairs bedrooms: one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub, one with a single bed, and one with a 1.35 m double bed. A further full bathroom with a bathtub is upstairs.

A crib and high chair can be provided. A change of towels and sheets during the stay is included. Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and free exterior parking for four cars are available.

Ses Salines has bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Historic salt flats are nearby, and Colònia de Sant Jordi offers a harbor and boat trips to Cabrera National Park. The surrounding area offers water sports, cycling, hiking, wineries and local markets.

Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise, €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Consult the advertiser about possible charges. Mandatory Ecotasa applies to guests aged 16 and over: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.2 per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
