The house

Fields surround the stone house. Outside are a private chlorine pool measuring 7 × 4 metres, six sun loungers, a covered dining terrace and a porch with a sofa. The pool is 1.5–1.7 metres deep. The property is not fenced.

The ground floor has a living room with satellite TV and a DVD player, an open dining area and a Majorcan kitchen with a ceramic hob. Two twin bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath are also on this floor. Upstairs is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom containing a bath and separate shower. The wood oven and fireplace cannot be used.

The laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Four fans, two electric radiators, a baby cot and a high chair are available. Wi-Fi and free exterior parking for three cars are provided. Telephone coverage is available only outside the house. A hut beside the house is closed.

Porreres, with supermarkets, bars and restaurants, is about 6.6 km away. Sa Ràpita Beach is 18.5 km away; other southern beaches include Ses Covetes and Es Trenc. Son Sant Joan Airport is 30.9 km away.
