The house

The accommodation is arranged across three buildings on a fenced plot with no direct neighbours. The first building contains an equipped kitchen with a gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer, small appliances and utensils, plus a large dining table, air conditioning and satellite TV. A separate toilet in this building is accessible only from outside. The second building contains a bedroom with three single beds and garden access. The third contains a double bedroom with an en-suite shower bathroom and a living room with TV, air conditioning and a fireplace.

The private saltwater pool measures 10 × 5 m and is 1–1.9 m deep. The garden has sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower. A porch provides outdoor dining space, with a barbecue and wood-burning oven available. Almond and orange trees bear fruit seasonally. The house measures 217 m² and the plot 4,600 m².

Wi-Fi, towels, a hair dryer, fans, a CD player, a washing machine, iron and ironing board are available. A cot and high chair are provided. Free outdoor parking accommodates four cars.

The surrounding Tramuntana area offers hiking and cycling, including the Camí des Correu between Esporles and Banyalbufar. Esporles is 4 km away and has shops, restaurants and bars. Cala Banyalbufar, a gravel beach, is 7.9 km away. Illetas and Cala Major's sandy beaches are a 30-minute drive away; Palma is a 20-minute drive away.
