The first building contains an equipped kitchen with a gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer, small appliances and utensils, plus a large dining table, air conditioning and satellite TV. A separate toilet in this building is accessible only from outside. The second building contains a bedroom with three single beds and garden access. The third contains a double bedroom with an en-suite shower bathroom and a living room with TV, air conditioning and a fireplace. The private saltwater pool measures 10 × 5 m and is 1–1.9 m deep. The garden has sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower. A porch provides outdoor dining space, with a barbecue and wood-burning oven available. Almond and orange trees bear fruit seasonally.
