The house

The renovated townhouse has an air-conditioned, open-plan ground floor combining the living room, dining area and kitchen. Satellite TV, an induction hob, microwave, oven and barbecue are provided.

All three bedrooms have wardrobes and air conditioning. The ground-floor bedroom has two single beds. Upstairs, one bedroom has a double bed and a terrace, and the other has two single beds. There are two shower bathrooms, one on each floor. A baby cot and high chair are available. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are on the terrace.

High stone walls surround the pool terrace. The private chlorine pool measures 6.5 × 3.35 metres and is 1.53 metres deep. Outside are a shower, four sun loungers and a dining table with chairs for outdoor meals.

The town square, traditional restaurants and tapas bars are in Sa Pobla, where a market takes place on Sunday mornings. Platges de Muro beach is approximately 11.6 km away, and Golf de Pollença is 11 km away. The house is intended for families and guests over 30 seeking a peaceful stay.
