The backyard has views of the surrounding fields, a private saltwater pool measuring 8 × 4 metres with depths from 0.90 to 2.90 metres, sun loungers, and a porch with a barbecue. The house is within the town and has immediate neighbours.

The living room has satellite TV and connects to the dining area through a traditional Mallorcan arch. A separate kitchen with a ceramic hob, microwave and oven opens onto the back patio. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are provided, along with central oil heating for colder months and free Wi-Fi.
