No smoking. Groups of young people are not accepted. Pets are not allowed. A refundable €1,000 security deposit is required by credit-card hold with the last payment. A €150 booking fee applies to every booking. A refundable breakage deposit may also be required. A Balearic ecotax of €2.20 per night per person applies. A cot/crib and baby high chair are available as included optional services.
Getting there
The villa is in the countryside of Alcudia. The beaches of Alcúdia Bay, Alcudia old town and Pollença are about 10 minutes away by car.
