The house

The villa has a lawned garden, views of fields and mountains, a 12 × 4 m saltwater infinity pool with depths of 1.2–1.8 m, up to eight sun loungers, parasols and a furnished terrace with a barbecue.

The living and dining area has large windows, sofas and television with satellite channels. The separate kitchen has ceramic and gas hobs, an oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, citrus squeezer, crockery and tea towels. The laundry room provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Towels and a hair dryer are provided. Central air conditioning and Wi-Fi are available, and a cot and high chair can be provided for a baby.

The main-floor double and twin sleeping rooms each have a wardrobe, outdoor access and an en-suite shower bathroom. A further upstairs twin sleeping room has two single beds together, a dressing room and an en-suite shower bathroom. An additional upstairs living/sleeping area has a sofa and two single beds. There is also a main-floor toilet.

Ariany has basic services, a grocery shop and restaurants serving Mallorcan food. The surrounding countryside offers hiking, cycling and strolling. Son Serra de Marina Beach is 21.2 km away. Outdoor parking accommodates three cars.
