The house

The house occupies a 500 m² plot in a residential development with direct neighbours. Each of the three bedrooms has a double bed, wardrobe and air conditioning. There are two bathrooms: an en suite with a shower and a second bathroom with a whirlpool bath. The living room also has air conditioning, a sofa, an armchair and satellite television.

The separate kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer, crockery and kitchen utensils. A high chair is available. Laundry facilities include a washing machine and iron; towels and a hair dryer are provided. The house also has Wi-Fi and a fireplace.

Outside, the porch has a table and seating for six. The grounds include a 3 × 3 m swimming pool, terrace, parasols, sun loungers and barbecue. Exterior parking accommodates two cars, with additional street parking outside the house.

Puerto de Alcúdia beach is 1 km away. A supermarket is 0.7 km away and the bus stop on Av. Tucà is 0.21 km away. Buses run every 15 minutes towards Alcúdia harbour, Alcúdia old town, Puerto de Pollença and other destinations including Can Picafort. Puerto de Alcúdia town is 1.9 km away, the ferry is 4 km away and Son Sant Joan airport is 60 km away.

Pets and events are not permitted. A damage deposit of EUR 300.00 is payable to the owner on arrival. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00.
