The house

The house combines Mallorcan décor with modern touches and has three living areas, four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The ground floor includes a living room with TV, a separate dining room, an equipped kitchen with a gas hob and microwave, a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. A separate laundry area contains a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Upstairs are two living areas, one with a sofa and access to a small terrace, plus two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with a bathtub. All bedrooms have air conditioning, and a fan is also provided.

Outside are a private chlorine swimming pool measuring 6 × 3 metres, an outdoor shower, a terrace with a barbecue and a garden with loquat, orange and lemon trees whose fruit guests may pick. Pool depth ranges from 0.90 to 1.50 metres. Wi-Fi is free. A cot and high chair can be provided, with two more available on request.

Algaida has bars and restaurants serving Mallorcan food. S'Arenal Beach is 18.1 km away, Son Sant Joan Airport is 20.4 km away and the Carrer Sa Tanqueta bus stop is 350 metres away. The M-15 provides access to Palma and beaches including S'Arenal and Cala Blava. The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 30 seeking a peaceful stay; parties, celebrations, events and pets are not permitted.
