Intended for families and guests over 25 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are not permitted. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Copies of identification documents for all guests are required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. The Ecotasa tourist tax is payable in cash on site at check-in: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.2 per guest per night in high season. The tax is halved from the ninth day of the stay; guests under 16 are exempt. A deposit must be paid to the owner on arrival.

The house occupies two storeys. There is no private beach access. The village centre is 0.4 km away; Plaça Bassa den Fasol bus stop is 0.9 km away. Son Sant Joan airport is 63.9 km away, Muro train station 27.8 km, Port d’Alcúdia ferry terminal 30.1 km, Golf Capdepera 17.9 km and Hospital General de Muro 25.8 km.
