The ground floor has an equipped kitchen, a laundry room, a bedroom with a double bed and built-in wardrobe, and a shower room. The living-dining room has dining space for all guests, satellite TV, sound equipment and Wi-Fi. The kitchen includes a microwave and oven/stove.

Upstairs are three bedrooms with built-in wardrobes: one with a double bed and two with twin beds. There is also a bathroom and access to two terraces. Air conditioning is available throughout the house.

Colònia de Sant Pere is a coastal village on the eastern shore of Badia d’Alcúdia, with a promenade, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, small shops, a sailing club, an ATM and a pharmacy. Sa Cánova beach, Betlem cove, the Son Real necropolis, Artà and Capdepera are accessible by car.

Intended for families and guests over 25 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are not permitted. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Copies of identification documents for all guests are required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. The Ecotasa tourist tax is payable in cash on site at check-in: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.2 per guest per night in high season. The tax is halved from the ninth day of the stay; guests under 16 are exempt. A deposit must be paid to the owner on arrival.
