Pets, smoking and events are not permitted. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.2 per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay. Guests under 16 are exempt. Consult the advertiser for possible additional charges.

All bedrooms are on the first floor. Outdoor parking is limited to one car. Can Picafort and Ses Casetes des Capellans beaches are a 10-minute drive away; Can Picafort beach is 10.6 km away. Muro town is 0.5 km away, Muro railway station 2.5 km, and the Davant escorxador bus stop 1 km. Son Sant Joan airport is 44.9 km away, Golf Pollença 14.9 km, Port Alcúdia ferry terminal 17.9 km, and Hospital de Muro 12.8 km.
