## About the house

The two-storey house covers 250 m². All three bedrooms are on the first floor: one has two single beds and the other two each have a double bed. There are three bathrooms upstairs, including two en suites, and a fourth bathroom on the ground floor. Three bathrooms have showers and one has a bathtub. The living room has sofas and satellite TV.

The separate kitchen includes a toaster, coffee maker, oven, gas cooker, microwave, utensils, and a fridge-freezer. A second kitchen beside the barbecue has a dishwasher. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available, as is a cot.

Outdoor spaces include a garden, terrace and furnished 100 m² porch with a wooden dining table and a seating area facing the pool. The private chlorine pool measures 4.5 × 8 metres, and a pergola provides another outdoor dining area. Free Wi-Fi and free outdoor parking for one car are available.

Muro has nearby supermarkets, a bank, sports facilities, bars and restaurants. Can Picafort and Ses Casetes des Capellans beaches are a 10-minute drive away. Can Picafort has a seafront promenade with bars and restaurants; Playa de Muro has a protected dune area.

Pets, smoking and events are not permitted. Tourist tax is payable in cash at check-in: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.2 per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day. Guests under 16 are exempt. Consult the advertiser for possible additional charges.

Son Sant Joan airport is 44.9 km away, Golf Pollença 14.9 km, Port Alcúdia ferry terminal 17.9 km, and Hospital de Muro 12.8 km.
