The approximately 150,000 m² estate sits among quiet fields and farms in the Felanitx-Campos area. The main house and annex are offered together, combining renovated rustic interiors with oil central heating and air conditioning.

The main house has a living room with sofas and satellite TV, a separate reading lounge, two dining rooms, a guest toilet and a kitchen with a gas cooker. Its ground floor has two bedrooms with en-suite shower bathrooms: one has two double beds for single use, and the other has two single beds together. Upstairs, one bedroom has two single beds and a bathroom with a bathtub; another has two double beds for single use and a shower bathroom.

The annex has a living room with international-channel TV, a separate shower bathroom, two twin bedrooms and two double bedrooms with en-suite shower bathrooms. Two cots and two high chairs can be prepared for two babies. The laundry room contains a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

The garden and lawn surround a 12 × 6 m chlorine pool, with depths of 1.10–1.80 m. Outdoor sitting areas and a glazed barbecue room provide space to gather. The barbecue room includes a wood-fired pizza oven, gas stove, sofa, satellite TV, pool views and a shower bathroom. Table tennis is available.

Felanitx is 5.6 km away, and Cala Marçal beach is 20 km away. The area has road access to beaches, coves, shops, restaurants and public services. Exterior parking accommodates nine cars.

The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season.
