The house

The fenced property offers privacy, a large porch with several sitting areas and a barbecue. The private saltwater pool measures 11 × 5 metres, with depths from 0.80 to 1.90 metres.

On the ground floor, the living room has satellite TV and connects to the dining kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave and oven. There are three ground-floor bedrooms: one with twin beds and two with a double bed each. One double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower; a separate shower bathroom is also on this floor. Spiral stairs lead to the first-floor bedroom, which is open to the ground floor and has an en-suite shower bathroom. A fourth shower bathroom is outside.

All bedrooms have air conditioning, and the house has oil-fired central heating. Free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board are available. A cot and high chair can be prepared for babies. Free parking accommodates four cars outside and one in the garage.

Can Picafort beach is 4.2 km away and the town is 4.4 km away, with services for an independent stay. Puerto de Alcúdia and Pollensa can be visited by car. Club de Golf Alcanada is 18.6 km away. Pets, smoking and events are not permitted. Tourist tax is payable in cash at check-in, and a deposit is payable to the owner on arrival.
