The fenced property has direct neighbours, mountain views, a furnished terrace and porch, a barbecue area and six sunloungers. Its private chlorine pool measures 8 × 4 metres and is 1–2 metres deep.
The living-dining room has air conditioning, a fireplace and satellite TV. The kitchen includes an induction cooker and microwave. A laundry room provides a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Both bedrooms have twin beds, air conditioning and a closet. One also has a pellet stove and an en-suite shower bathroom; a separate bathroom has a bathtub. A baby cot, high chair, three fans and three radiators are available. Free Wi-Fi and free outdoor parking for five cars are provided.
The house is about 1 km from Inca and 2 km from its town centre, with shops, restaurants and traditional Majorcan cellers. Inca's street market takes place on Thursday mornings. Puerto de Alcúdia beach is approximately 28 km away, around a 20-minute drive.
