The house

The villa has a garden, barbecue, sun loungers and outdoor dining areas, including a furnished porch with sofas overlooking the Sierra de Tramuntana. A ping-pong table, basketball hoop and children's garden games are available. The plot is fenced and there are neighbouring properties. The private chlorine pool measures 9 × 4 m and is 1–2 m deep.

The main-floor living-dining room has satellite TV and access to the terraces and pool. The equipped kitchen includes a gas hob, oven and microwave. A separate laundry accessed from the terrace contains a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The house has central heating, a fireplace and four fans; air conditioning is not available. Free Wi-Fi, a crib and free exterior parking for five cars are available.

Two bedrooms are on the ground floor: one has two single beds and an en-suite shower bathroom, and the other has a double bed. The upper-floor bedroom has two single beds. There is an additional bathroom with a bathtub downstairs and another with a shower upstairs.

Inca centre is 1.8 km away, with supermarkets, restaurants, bars and a Thursday market. Bahía de Alcúdia is a 20–25-minute drive away, and Es Capellans beach in Can Picafort is 27.5 km away. Pets, smoking and events are not permitted. Tourist tax is payable in cash at check-in, and a deposit must be paid to the owner on arrival.
