House rules
Intended for families and guests over 27 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are forbidden. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Copies of identification documents for all guests are required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser about possible charges. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.20 per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
Getting there
The house has immediate neighbours and bedrooms on the first floor. Palma de Mallorca is approximately 15 minutes away by car. Cala Major is approximately 3.5 km away. The Camí dels Reis bus stop in Gènova is 300 m away; Son Sant Joan Airport is 20 km away, Palma’s intermodal train station is 13 km away, Port de Palma is 15 km away and Son Espasses Hospital is 17 km away. There is no private beach access.
