The house has a flower-lined outdoor area, a large terrace for outdoor dining, a barbecue, table tennis and seven sunbeds. It stands in the village with immediate neighbours. The interiors feature traditional Mallorcan decoration and original living-room floor tiles. The living-dining room has air conditioning and satellite TV.

The separate gas kitchen is equipped for cooking, with a microwave and oven/stove. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available. The ground floor has a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. There is no private beach access.

Intended for families and guests over 27 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are forbidden. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Copies of identification documents for all guests are required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser about possible charges. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.20 per guest per night in high season.
