House rules
Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required. Guests must dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Mandatory final cleaning costs 100€ per stay for the published service period ending in January 2029. A mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
