## About the house

The terrace overlooks the village and mountains and has sun loungers, a large outdoor dining table, a parasol and a barbecue. The house has immediate neighbours in the village centre.

The living and dining room has air conditioning, a Smart TV and a dining table for six. The separate air-conditioned kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, crockery and tea towels. A laundry room provides a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Towels, a hair dryer and fans are provided.

There are three bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with two single beds each. One bedroom has air conditioning. The two bathrooms have a shower and a bathtub respectively. A cot and highchair can be provided for babies. There is no pool.
