## About the house

The approximately 200 m² house has a large outdoor patio with a barbecue and views of the surrounding nature. Inside are a living-dining room, four bedrooms with wardrobes and village views, and two bathrooms. Air conditioning serves the living room and all bedrooms.

The ground-floor kitchen opens directly outdoors and includes cooking utensils, a ceramic hob, industrial appliances, large cupboards and a microwave. The living-dining room has a sofa, satellite TV and music facilities. There is a bathroom with a shower and a separate laundry room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A double bedroom is reached after a couple of steps. On the next floor are a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom containing a shower and bathtub, and a twin bedroom. The top floor has another double bedroom. A cot and highchair are available. Free Wi-Fi and self check-in/check-out are available. There is no swimming pool or on-property parking.

Sóller town centre is a 500-metre walk away, with supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and Sant Bartomeu church. Port de Sóller and its sandy beach can be reached by tram or bus. The beach is 9 km away. The fenced orange-tree area is not available to guests.

Son Sant Joan Airport is 32 km away, Port de Palma ferry terminal is 38 km away, and Son Espases Hospital is 23 km away.

Maximum occupancy is six guests. Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. A mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.2 per guest per night in high season, reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
